They are paid out by energy suppliers (EDF, Engie, TotalEnergies, etc.) or their partners, provided the work is carried out by an <strong>RGE-certified (Reconnu Garant de l\u2019Environnement) contractor.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\ud83d\udca1 Examples of eligible work :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>insulation of lofts, walls or floors<\/li><li>replacement of single-glazed windows<\/li><li>installation of a heat pump or a high-efficiency stove<\/li><li>heating control and programming.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 The amount varies depending on the nature of the work, the climate zone and the floor area of the property. There is no official list of local authorities, but you can contact your local authority to find out whether it participates in this scheme.<\/p><p>Conditions :<\/p><ul><li>the property must have been built before 1989;<\/li><li>the works must be eligible for the Energy Transition Tax Credit (CITE);<\/li><li>the measure must have been <strong>approved at local level<\/strong> (municipality, EPCI).<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Check with your local council: these schemes are not automatic but can<strong> save you several hundred euros a year.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d702fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3d702fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.
