Vacanceole.com is a holiday rental website offering over 130 destinations. Vacancéole Particuliers is a subsidiary of the Vacancéole Group, offering owners the option to have their property professionally managed.

We offer a complete service for renting out your property, including key handover, cleaning, and maintenance.

You need to send your occupancy periods to contact-particuliers@vacanceole.com. Our team will confirm by email that your dates have been taken into account. Once the dates are confirmed by the Vacancéole Particuliers team, your property is blocked from sale and will be entirely at your disposal.

Rent is paid in arrears in 4 quarterly installments, on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, within a maximum of 15 days after each due date.
