For the past six years, Vacancéole has been helping owners of second homes to manage and maximise the value of their properties through holiday rentals.
Over the past six years, our seasonal rental management business has grown significantly. Today, more than 600 property owners place their trust in us to help them manage their properties and maximise their rental income.
This growth has now led us to take another important step forward: Vacancéole Particuliers is becoming ‘L’Agence Vacancéole’.

The adventure began six years ago, driven by our ambition to enable owners of second homes to let out their properties with complete peace of mind whilst maximising their returns. Over the years, we have expanded our presence across numerous French tourist destinations, strengthened our teams and refined our marketing tools.
Today, L’Agence Vacancéole supports more than 600 owners across France and markets accommodation in around thirty tourist destinations.
This growth is, above all, the result of the trust placed in us by our owners. It has enabled us to develop genuine expertise in seasonal rental management and to create solutions tailored to the expectations of a constantly evolving market. Our new name better reflects the company we have become today : a specialist agency that works closely with its owners.
A new website designed with your travellers in mind too
This new brand identity is also accompanied by the launch of our new website : completely redesigned, it has been created to meet the needs of our two key audiences : property owners and travellers. For property owners, the website remains the same and makes it easier to explore our rental management offering, our services, the support we provide, and the benefits of entrusting their property to a specialist team.
This enables property owners to gain a better understanding of how we operate and the solutions we implement to optimise the visibility of their property and maximise its occupancy rate.
For travellers, we have developed a dedicated platform for booking holidays. This platform allows them to easily search for and book accommodation across around thirty destinations in France. Thanks to intuitive navigation and improved presentation of the accommodation options, we are enhancing the user experience whilst boosting the visibility of the properties entrusted to us by our owners.
This development represents a real driver of growth, enabling us to boost the marketing of our properties and meet the expectations of our holidaymakers.

The transition from Vacancéole Particuliers to “L’Agence Vacancéole” marks the start of a new chapter. This new identity will enable us to continue our growth, improve our tools, boost our visibility and offer an ever-wider range of services to the owners who place their trust in us.
With over 600 property owners supported, a presence in numerous French destinations and a new website designed to meet the expectations of today’s travellers, we are embarking on this new phase with enthusiasm and ambition.
